If you're reading this text thinking, "this is just another attempt to convince me that there's a new miracle cosmetic product," you're not alone.

I'm Justė, founder of CLM Beauty Lab, and there's one topic I've heard more than anything else over the past year: hair that looks good for only half an hour after washing… and then starts to live its own life again.

You know that feeling when:

  • You step out of the shower, and your hair looks quite good;
  • You dry it – it gets frizzy, tangled, loses its shape;
  • The next morning, the struggle begins again: the comb gets stuck, the ends get messy, and you're already tired before the day even starts?

And then the "product carousel" begins.

One mask is "salon-grade." Another is "hype." A third is "imported" (because someone said "Koreans do it better"). A fourth is expensive, because "if it's expensive, it must work." A fifth is yet another, because the previous one either did nothing, or made hair soft, smooth… but too flat at the roots, or looked quite good and sparked hope for real changes… but again, only for a very short time, after a few uses, the wow effect disappeared.

I call it one word: chaos. No chance of achieving real results. And this is where most hair masks (even very good ones) fail. Not because they are bad. But because they are sold as a "miracle in a jar" – without any plan, without a clear protocol, without discipline. And hair, especially that which is: Colored, bleached, chemically treated, constantly stressed by heat, prone to frizz and flyaways, difficult to comb, tangles and feels rough, has lost its shine and smoothness.

It doesn't need another "try." It needs discipline.

As I understood, the problem is not in the hair. The problem is in the "jumping"

Before the CLM hair discipline emerged, my reality looked like this:

One week I'd be happy: "wow, I finally found it." The next—"I don't see the wow effect again, nor perfect hair." The third—"I need to look for something stronger, after all, there are many women with amazing hair and I envy them." And then you search again.

And you know what's the worst part? It's not that you spend money and don't get what you expect.

The worst part is that you start thinking:

"Maybe my hair is just genetically like this… Maybe it's impossible to have impressive hair… Maybe I'm doing something wrong…"

I now see this thought in thousands of women's messages and reviews.

So, when the team told me:

"Juste, your hair is impressive, and we know why. Don't you want to let other women understand that they don't have their dream hair just because they are making gross hair care mistakes and because they don't have your secret bottles that you hide from everyone?"

I felt ashamed. I know WHY women don't fulfill their dream of beautiful hair, and I don't bother to tell them HOW they could fulfill it.

Women need to take responsibility. They need: a clear plan with a logical system, a discipline coach who would teach them to stick to the plan, and a product that fits that plan."

Why this kit was created in the first place (my personal story)

Now I will tell you something I have not said publicly for a long time:

CLM hair masks were primarily created for me. After all, I have long owned a cosmetics factory that manufactures cosmetic products for the most famous brands in the world. I used and refined the masks created for me for many years. And that's why people constantly asked about my hair: "What do you use?" – and I usually couldn't answer, because it wasn't a product you could just go and buy. Honestly, it was my secret, which I enjoyed. When the team asked me to share the formula, I seriously panicked.

Because I felt as if I was being told to give up my "uniqueness" knowing that there was one magical product available only to me. As if I heard:

"Tell your personal 'password' (PIN code) that will allow others to use your special hair care routine."

My cousin and I were on a girls' trip in Paris. I had my mask with me in simple laboratory sample containers. I let her put it on after the shower... and after a few minutes I heard a scream from the bathroom: "Why are you so selfish? Why don't you let other women understand what this effect means? And first of all ME!"

And that's when my personal secret to well-groomed hair was revealed, about which, as you can see, I didn't say much for many years, even to my closest ones.

But if this effect changes a woman's feeling so strongly – I have no right to keep it only in my bathroom. The creators of these masks, I will boldly state - geniuses of cosmetic chemistry, did not deserve that either.

But here's the most important thing (and what most people miss)

I could have just released one mask to the market and said, "here you go." And I have no doubt that even after the first use, women would have said WOW, but then they would start repeating the mistakes that most cosmetics users make:

  • Don't have a habit of using hair care products correctly
  • Don't have a habit of following a regular plan
  • Don't have a habit of analyzing their behavior with their hair

Other cosmetic manufacturers don't talk about these mistakes because they are afraid that consumers will get scared and won't want to take responsibility. After all, it's much easier to say, "the product will do everything for you." But that's a lie. If you want real long-term results, you have to admit that you'll need to follow a system.

The CLM hair mask set became the "axis" (core) of this unique system. From the very beginning, they were designed to work as a coordinated course: two complementary masks, used alternately, so that the hair gets everything it needs - restoration + moisture retention + smoothness. It is precisely this compatibility of products + the unique development of disciplined habits using our CLM Discipline guide app - that fundamentally changed my hair and became the reason for the constant questions I get: "what do you do with your hair?"

And yes, this is precisely the set you see today in the "Hair Discipline" collection:

By the way, I must warn you, this set periodically runs out of stock (when restocked, it sells out again). Not because we are "faking scarcity", but because women buy it as a solution for more than just one occasion – often for several months in advance.

90% of women use hair masks in a way that… they don’t even have a chance to work

Let me tell you straight, without pretty marketing. When a woman writes to me: "Juste, I've tried everything... and my hair is still frizzy, tangled, looks tired" - I can almost always guess what's happening in the bathroom.

  • Because most hair masks (even really good ones) are used like this:
  • Standing in a damp shower stall, you squeezed the freshly washed hair with your hands
  • In the same damp stall, you applied the mask to still very wet hair
  • You left it on for 30-60 seconds, or sometimes even endured 5 minutes
  • You rinsed it off. You feel a pleasant, relaxed hair. You're happy.
  • You hope for a miracle, but to see it, you rush to dry it with hot (often too hot) air. Often forgetting heat protection... so you just tried to nourish and moisturize your hair, but you immediately start drying it out again.
  • And even if for a moment your hair looks great, the next day you see that it's "living its own life" again.

You come to one of two conclusions:

"My hair just can't be like from a catalog..."

"I need an even more expensive one."

This is how product fanatics are born (believe me, I was one myself): one week - a new "hype," the next - an imported one, the third - a salon one, the fourth - yet another.

But the reality is: in hair care (especially when hair is damaged or prone to frizz), a one-time "wow" means almost nothing. What matters is whether the result lasts. And here comes a word that the beauty industry doesn't like because it demands reality: discipline.

Why does hair frizz and become unmanageable even after a mask?

Frizz and roughness are usually not "character". It's a very earthly thing:

  • Hair mask was applied to hair that was too wet
  • The mask was left on for too short a time
  • The hair mask formula was not designed to ensure the hair structure is smoothed and its cuticles are closed
  • The hair was damaged again by drying it with a hair dryer that was too hot and without using heat protection,
  • If the mask fails to work properly and the hair dryer dries them out even more, the comb will snag → the hair will become even more "irritated" (frizzy).

And then the woman does what's logical: she applies more products.

But the more layers, the more often the second problem occurs:

the hair looks soft… but heavy. Or it starts to "settle" faster, loses its volume, and there's a "dirty" impression at the roots. Additionally, excessive product buildup can also contribute to poor hair condition.

This part is very important because this is where a big vacuum appeared in the market:

“How to make hair soft, smooth, and manageable… without sacrificing lightness and desired volume?”

My "aha" moment: the problem isn't just in the formula. The problem is in the chaos

When I started saying out loud that a mask must have a very specific usage plan, i.e., in the discipline app I created, I must mark hair mask days and weekly assess whether I managed to stick to the plan, the first reaction is usually "I really don't have time for such things" and so on.

But I promised to share the secret of what I do to have such hair. And I follow discipline, which is why I have results that everyone envies me for.

And then they just try.

They try not only to plan their mask days but also to follow the usage instructions that I follow:

  • Thoroughly wash hair with CLM shampoo, tilting it, e.g., over the bath.
  • Dry hair with a soft towel.
  • Carefully apply the mask to damp, but definitely towel-dried hair. Strand by strand, with love. About 10cm from the roots, along the entire length of the hair.
  • Put on a cap. Set a timer for 20-25 minutes.
  • 20-25 minutes - use as desired. During this time, you can do exercises, prepare breakfast, or answer emails. While the mask works, we can also do what we want, so for disciplined people, the statement "I don't have time to play with masks" is just a silly excuse.
  • After the set time, go into the shower. Rinse hair well, wash the body, and spend only 5 minutes in the shower.

Therefore, CLM Supreme Repair (and the entire hair mask kit) was created not as "apply-rinse-forget" but as a process — formula + usage system, so that the result is guaranteed and long-lasting, not a one-time thing.

And I know what you're thinking now:

"Okay, Juste, but how is this different from others? Everyone writes the same thing."

The difference is this:

Most brands want you to buy and hope. And we want you to buy and know what you're doing — with a plan, without guessing.

Quick test: Are you making this mistake too?

Answer honestly:

  • Do you apply the mask to hair that has only been towel-dried, "wrung out," and still in a damp shower cabin? If the hair is not properly dried, the product will slowly slide off it, and at best, will only create a temporary effect.
  • Do you leave it on for "as long as you can," i.e., until you get tired of standing in the shower? Sometimes for 2 minutes, sometimes for 5, and at most for 10? Or maybe you skip the mask altogether and rely only on conditioner?
  • Do you apply it "generously," i.e., are you sure that every strand of hair is covered with the product? Or do you, on the contrary, apply it with the mindset of "more is better" and pile the product on both the ends and the roots, and then complain that the mask weighed down your hair?

If at least one answer is "yes," you are not alone. And that doesn't mean your hair is "hopeless." It means you need a system. Which we call CLM DISCIPLINE.

This is where the CLM hair care set was born

Briefly, without ambiguity:

  • Supreme Repair — for damaged, rough, tangled hair, split ends, loss of shine, breakage (in other words, a "reanimation" approach is needed).

  • Ultra Glossing — when you need stunning hair. So that hair doesn't just look "neat," but its shine, smoothness, and softness make others ask, "tell me your hair secret."

And most importantly: their formulas are designed to be used interchangeably, as a coordinated course — not just another random mask on the shelf.

"Okay, Justė, but what did you do differently?"

When we were creating the Supreme Repair line, my obsession was this:

  1. The mask must "hold" flawlessly on the hair so that it truly has maximum potential to deliver.
  2. It must not create the common "mask trap": soft... but heavy.
  • The result should not be an abstract "strengthens", "restores", but concrete and noticeable to the naked eye, palpable to the touch, and evaluable when analyzing the hair under a microscope:
  • Hair ends are even, not split, just like the entire length of the hair.
  • Hair combs easily, doesn't tangle.
  • Doesn't frizz or puff up.
  • Smoothness is both felt and seen.
  • Shine is obvious and constant, not just temporary.

So what did we do differently? We not only created two perfectly synergistic mask formulas but also added a usage discipline that reveals years of consumer mistakes that often became the main obstacle to achieving results.

CLM "Hair Discipline" Protocol (as it should appear in reality)

Step 1: first, the water must drain properly

Do not apply to dripping hair.

Carefully dry with a soft towel.

Why is it important not to just "wring out" the hair, but to dry it properly? Because when there is too much water on the hair, it drips, even if slowly. This way, you "dilute" the ritual yourself (you dilute the mask with excess moisture, i.e. water) and then you think that the mask "doesn't work" (a classic mistake.)

Step 2: apply - as much as needed and in the right way (not just "slop it on" any old how)

It is recommended to apply hair masks that correct hair structure ~10cm from the roots. So those who think "more = better" are mistaken. Applying this type of mask to the roots as well can mislead you into thinking that the mask "weighs down" your hair. Especially if your hair is thin.

Not too much, not too little. How?

I recommend dividing your hair into medium-thick sections. To make it easier to understand what I mean, I will compare applying a hair mask to coloring hair.

Have you ever seen how hair stylists color hair? They responsibly apply dye to individual hair strands. After all, they cannot apply the dye haphazardly. Because the mistakes of such an application would be very visible.

The same applies to a mask. If you apply it haphazardly, it will only work haphazardly. The result - one strand will be healthy, shiny, another not so much. A mask is not hair dye, you won't see the mistakes of poor product application so quickly if you don't examine your hair under a microscope, BUT you also won't have a perfect hair look. Because properly nurtured strands will mix with damaged ones.

You say you never thought about it? EXACTLY. Sometimes I think that other cosmetic manufacturers don't think about it either, and in my opinion, they don't have the ability to create truly effective products because they analyze consumer habits too little. Sometimes it seems that they simply do what consumers want to hear, not what can actually help them. After all, that is our responsibility.

Step 3: 15–25 minutes – not just numbers

Masks need time to work. Seems obvious? But do you really leave the mask on for as long as indicated in the instructions?

I'll look for a more illustrative example again that perfectly describes the situation. When you want to bake some special cake following a recipe, have you ever thought of not following, for example, the specified baking time? Probably not. You don't want to eat raw dough, after all.

If you don't leave masks on according to the instructions, you also get a "raw" result. You just disguise it with various reactions:

  • You only enjoy a short-term, mediocre effect, but you don't admit your impatience to use the product as directed.
  • You blame the mask for deceiving you again with its advertisements, because it didn't create a miracle.
  • You don't react at all. In other words, you "eat that raw cake" and accept it as the norm. You act without great expectations for either the product or yourself - "you put it on, wash it off, you don't expect anything." But why do you envy other people's beautiful hair, even if it's a bit white, when you see it? And when you go into a store, why do you spend large sums of money again on supposedly highly effective products?

Not leaving the product on for the specified time is a huge mistake that no one talks about, because it's uncomfortable to moralize the consumer or tell them the inconvenient truth, which is that the mask alone won't work miracles in a few minutes, and the consumer will also have to put in some effort. After all, "you won't have to do anything, the product will create a miracle in just a few minutes" sounds much better.

However, CLM will not lie and will tell the truth, because our goal is not to "push" products on you, but to prove that you can indeed achieve impressive results in caring for your hair. Perhaps this path we have chosen is not the easiest (I constantly receive comments from other business owners that as a businesswoman I am "shooting myself in the foot" by revealing beauty myths), but I am sure that only in this way can we achieve mutual benefit and create a long-term friendship with consumers. It requires truth and keeping promises.

Therefore, we confidently state that you must leave the mask on your hair not only after properly preparing them and applying the correct amount of product, but also for a sufficient amount of time. This is a prerequisite for achieving real results.

I will also provide a very specific, scientifically based explanation of why.

Responsible cosmetic manufacturers who truly want to create an effective formula always conduct studies to prove the product's effectiveness. Scientists investigate whether the claims that will support promises to consumers are truly substantiated. And all these studies are conducted based on the creators' specified INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE. The product's effectiveness is evaluated by using it according to the specified method of use - applying it to the hair and leaving it on for the recommended time. The effect of the mask when left on for a shorter or longer period is not evaluated, so no conclusions can be drawn about the result in such a case.

But CLM masks are not designed for guesswork. They are designed for promises that are fulfilled.

And if, after reading this truth, you want to tell me, "I don't have that much time." That will just be an attempt to find excuses, so I won't believe it.

Step 4: Not only rinse, but also avoid re-damaging

After properly applying the mask and leaving it on for the correct amount of time, it must be rinsed off very thoroughly. The product must be completely removed from all hair. Otherwise, its residues will accumulate on the hair, unnecessarily weighing it down.

This harms:

  • The appearance of the hair, which manifests as less shine.
  • The feeling when touching the hair, where it's not about softness, but about a certain "stickiness" or, as it's often described, "heaviness, the feeling of dirty hair."
  • The healthy structure of the hair. If substances that are meant to be rinsed off accumulate on the hair, there is a risk that the hair quality will deteriorate.

Just like for washing hair, it is also recommended to properly assess the water temperature for rinsing. Very hot water can contribute to drying out the hair. Meanwhile, it is believed that cooler water can contribute to a tighter closing of the hair cuticle, which helps ensure that the hair will be more resistant to harmful external factors.

After a properly formulated hair mask, there is no need to use conditioner additionally. Although this myth often circulates, it is completely unfounded scientifically. Professionals know that both hair masks and conditioners must close the hair cuticles. So, after a professionally formulated hair mask, your hair is ready for safe drying.

Hair drying is yet another stage where users themselves contribute significantly to hair damage.

So, we have a vicious circle, as it were. We spend a lot of money on various masks, then we're too lazy to use them responsibly, and after carelessly using them, we start damaging them ourselves by drying them:

  • Aggressively rubbing hair with a rough-textured towel
  • Combing with combs not suitable for wet hair
  • Not using heat protection
  • Applying oils to wet hair that are only meant for dry hair, because oil heated by a hairdryer attracts heat, and instead of nourishing the hair, we end up burning it
  • To speed things up, we turn on the hairdryer to too hot a setting
  • Sometimes we just like to go to bed with wet hair - wet hair is extremely sensitive, rubs against the pillow, and takes much longer to dry.
  • Leaving hair wet for too long is also damaging.

What to do? Simple. Dry for a few minutes longer, but with a hairdryer's warm airflow that isn't too hot. Use a cool airflow stream during the process to cool the hair. Responsibly cover hair with heat protection. It is recommended to dry about 70% of the hair with a hairdryer, focusing on the roots, while allowing the ends of the hair to dry naturally. It seems like too much "trouble" here. Not true. Try it even once and you'll realize that it's all about habits.

Why a set works better than a single mask (and why this is the “last test” you need”)

Because your hair can have "different moods", i.e. it must be acknowledged that the condition of our hair is constantly affected by both internal and external factors: not only our behavior, but also environmental pollution, temperature fluctuations, stress levels, etc.

You have surely noticed this:

  • One day, due to various reasons, the condition of your hair requires restoration.
  • Another day, even though the hair structure looks healthy, you want to enhance the WOW effect with extra shine and smoothness.
  • On the third day, you are very happy with the appearance of your hair, but you understand perfectly that to maintain it, you need to continue a correct maintenance program.

Therefore, it would be naive to expect that one mask would be able to control this "mood swing" of your hair.

However, it can be controlled by two CLM hair mask formulas, which were created based on detailed analyses of hair needs and consumer behavior. They were designed so that when used alternately, they can control your hair's "moods," ensuring that your hair will not have "bad days."

The set works by satisfying two essential hair needs - strong hair structure restoration + strong visual WOW effect:

  • Supreme Repair – when hair needs a "reset" after coloring, heat, roughness, and tangling (when you realize: "ok, this needs a more serious approach").

  • Ultra Glossing – because hair shine, smoothness, and the correct balance of hydration and nourishment are perceived as a "must-have."

By using this set diligently, you will simply always have your dream hair and will never reach a point where "I don't know what to do, my hair is in a terrible state again." This is a set that will allow you to achieve real long-term results, stability, and eliminate chaos in your bathroom cabinets and wallet.

When to choose Supreme Repair

Supreme Repair is the mask I call "resuscitation procedure":

Choose it when:

  • your hair is coarse and "unpleasant" to the touch,
  • tangles, comb gets stuck,
  • hair ends split and you can't grow long hair, but you want to
  • after drying, it frizzes / puffs up and is simply very unruly,
  • after dyeing / bleaching / heat you feel that your hair is no longer your adornment, but quite the opposite, an accessory that degrades your image
  • Hair is very static and even tends to crumble more, fall out

What's different here (mechanism, but in human terms):

The direction of the Supreme Repair formula is such that it works on the entire hair structure — the goal is for the hair quality to improve not only on the surface, but throughout the entire depth of the hair. Studies have shown that this mask manages to penetrate all layers of the hair and restore its healthy structure. The hair cuticles are smoothed, the surface becomes smoother, the hair is intensely moisturized and nourished.

And here's the important part for a "product junkie" person:

You are not just buying "superficial, quick effects"

You are buying full control of the entire hair.

What Ultra Glossing does (when you want everyday neatness and shine)

I often call Ultra Glossing the "permanent WOW effect" mask. When hair shine and smoothness are not just a coincidence and only after a visit to a beauty salon, but your everyday reality.

Choose it when:

  • you want your hair to fall beautifully and shine incredibly every day,
  • when you need more smoothness and a "polished" look,
  • when after Repair you already feel that your hair is healthy and strong, but you want that feeling to last and your hair to look especially effective.
  • before an event, trip, photoshoot - when you want your hair to receive a lot of compliments

And that's why the set works best:

  • One wash requires deep internal hair action,
  • The other requires exceptional external hair action (but don't be fooled, the ultra smooth mask also has strong moisturizing and nourishing properties - this is essential for true hair smoothness and shine, not just one that will last a few hours)

With this set, you won't be afraid to style your hair with curling or straightening irons, or perhaps fulfill your dream of radically changing your hair color. The CLM system will allow you to freely enjoy your hair however you want.

Frequently asked questions

Below are the answers to your questions

 How often to use?

1-3 times a week. If your hair is severely damaged or tangled, start with Supreme Repair, and use Ultra Smooth as a supporting treatment.

Can it be used instead of a conditioner?

MANDATORY. The essential function of a rinse-off conditioner is to quickly detangle the hair after shampooing. Therefore, it usually only needs to be left on for a few minutes and is intended for those who are in a hurry but do not desire perfect hair. Meanwhile, a mask is designed for intensive hair nourishment and long-lasting results. Masks must be included in everyone's beauty routine. After a CLM hair mask, there is no need to use a rinse-off conditioner. However, we recommend using CLM heat protection before blow-drying, which also functions as a leave-in conditioner and envelops the hair with a protective film against harmful environmental factors.

How long to keep?

The recommended protocol is 15–25 min, as the mask must be given time to do its job. What good is a luxurious formula if it's washed off as soon as it's applied? Furthermore, independent laboratories, which discovered the incredible effects of these products, have proven that the mask needs exactly this much time.

Is it suitable for lightened / dyed hair?

Yes — this group most often seeks a "reset" effect: softness, smoothness, less roughness, no tangling, and simply a restored healthy hair structure, because without it, hair ends are constantly split and require cutting. With such hair condition, it's impossible to grow hair to the desired length or achieve the dreamed-of look.

Is it suitable for fine hair?

Yes, but with the right amount. When it comes to cosmetics, more is not better. You need to apply only as much product as is necessary for your hair type. The mask should simply cover the entire length of the hair without excess, adhering to the 10cm rule from the roots.

Can it make it worse?

It can, if you use too much or apply it incorrectly (e.g., on the roots). But this is easily manageable: a smaller amount + only on the lengths/ends. Just follow the CLM 4-step protocol and you won't experience this problem.

Why a kit and not a single mask?

Because achieving long-term results requires more than just ensuring a single function. The CLM mask set involves the two-fold action of harmonized formulas: deep action in restoring the hair structure + stronger hair action on its surface, restoring the hair's lipid layer and creating an exceptional smoothness and shine effect. By regularly using this combination, you will achieve long-term results, where the hair is truly healthy and exceptionally beautiful.

When will I see the first results?

Women notice results after the first use. Hair becomes smooth, nourished, easy to comb, and shiny. A complete transformation is seen with regular and disciplined use – 2-3 times a week. Hair breaks less, splits less, and regains the appearance of healthy hair.

What are the main ingredients and why are they important?
  • Hydrolyzed Keratin – Essential hair protein that strengthens and restores damaged hair structure.
  • Avocado Oil – Nourishing oil that moisturizes, softens, and adds shine to hair.
  • Macadamia Oil – Rich in vitamins A, B, and E. Softens, nourishes, and adds shine to hair.
  • Lactic Acid – Regulates pH, moisturizes, and gently closes the hair cuticle.
  • Glycerin – Increases hair moisture content and improves its elasticity and softness.
What if it doesn't work for me?
